Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Downtown/Reunion District

My experience at Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Downtown/Reunion District was amazing, if I say so myself! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The valet team truly made a difference in my stay. Eze, Charleston, Steve, Matthew, and Chaz were all incredibly helpful and thoughtful throughout the entire process. They always made sure my car was ready in a timely manner, and I appreciated the small talk and friendly energy every time I came in or headed out. Their customer service was top tier and definitely did not go unnoticed. As for the hotel itself, I absolutely loved my room! It was clean, comfortable, and the air conditioning is NO joke. When I say it gets cold, it gets cold! It made my stay even more comfortable and relaxing. Overall, I would 10/10 recommend this

The hotel itself is fine. It's located downtown, so if you're looking to do things in that area, you'll be well situated. The parking, however, is a total rip-off. $50 per night, and parking is outsourced to another company, and, based on my recent experience, is 1 million percent unresponsive to customer messages and calls. We were charged parking for two nights instead of one. When you park, you're sent a link to pay for your parking. There is no way to modify what the valet has entered, and if you don't pay, you don't get your car. Total scam.

Positive: Location was perfect for our needs Negative: First room had a smell from prior occupant, but the hotel quickly addressed it and switched us.

The front desk staff seemed very uninterested in common courtesy manners. It took forever to check in. My daughter and son in law paid for the room with breakfast and he was told it was only for one person! I mean they had a room for two people and only one gets breakfast?? However, the entire Valet staff was amazing. They were polite kind courteous! They were quick and respectful of our property! Chaz and Matt were fantastic.

The room was also in excellent condition, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and memorable experience. However, I must mention that parking fees were quite high, averaging around $45 per night. This is a common occurrence at many hotels, so it is something to consider when planning your trip.
