Courtyard by Marriott Charlotte Arrowood

Let me start off by saying I’m so glad I bought Clorox wipes and my own towels. This was by far not the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at. I found random hairs in the shower and on top of the desk. There were also some stains on the walls and ceiling that looked like dried up blood. The sink counters and overall decor give outdated vibes. The bed was okay at best. I hated the pillows. Rust all throughout the room. The smoke detector was pinned to the wall with packing tape. The room had a balcony, and the hotel has free parking which is a plus. The hotel faces a pretty active street, so you will definitely hear a fair amount of noise. At all times of the day and night I hear cars drag racing in the street. Definitely would not stay here again.

This hotel was a good stay.The staff was excellent.The manager was great, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and proportions were plenty.I would recommend getting the included breakfast instead of paying for it separately as it can get pricey. Easy access to the highway but the neighborhood was a little sketchy. Room was comfortable enough but the bathroom area is a little tight with the only mirrors back to back making it difficult for 2 people to get ready at the same time without getting in each other's way. A little underwhelming for the price.

Great stay for our family! The room was clean, beds were comfortable, shower was nice, and it was really quiet. Quiet location off the main road and parking was easy. We had a first floor room with a balcony and that was nice to look out on. The lobby was comfortable with lots of tables and chairs. Staff was all friendly and helpful, manager Sarah was charming and welcoming.

A great clean, friendly,kind staff from the front desk all the way to housekeeping. The breakfast menu was so relishes and healthy. I got a great workout in before leaving. I went to this hotel because I missed up my Airbnb checking I didn't know where to go new to Charlotte N.C. and great choice I made. Thank you to everyone at this hotel. I truly appreciate it.
