Customer Reviews
Not terrible, but better options for price. The hotel needs a facelift, but I wouldn’t say it’s outdated. Maybe just, the landlord special if you will. Upon arrival I had a nice greeting followed by- due to demand we had to change you to a two bed suite. I was a little perturbed, as I paid more for the King, but I acknowledge that sometimes things happen. No sweat. Get to my room, air is on full blast reading 65 degrees. It takes an hour of finagling but finally the heat kicks on. So now I’m ready for a bath. I booked this hotel SPECIFICALLY for a bath. I don’t have one at home, I’m out of town, and I was ready to get down on a good book. Think again- no hot water. In fact, the water faucet is rotated upside down and water turns on and off at various points. Another hour and I’m going
Positive: The staff were AMAZING! Thank you for going out your way to fill my canister with ice. I really appreciate it. Negative: ""
I really liked this hotel when I got there there were no rooms ready due to a sold out event but the ladies at the front desk did an awesome job accommodating. She handled the stress very professionally and my thermostat in my room needed batteries she was quick to send maintenance to replace the battery. I enjoyed my stay tremendously.
Very accommodating hotel and experience! Especially Jam! She went out of her way to make our check in quick and easy because we had a long day of travel and arrived late. She went above and beyond! Very hospitable and would definitely stay again!
We supposed to stay for 5 nights but we checked out after the first night. The bed was awful, sagging and had a very uncomfortable sleep. You dont need to have back problem to complain about the sagging bed. The place is seriously in need of make over, renovation that includes replacing their beds and carpets. The only good thing about this place were the ladies staff in the front desk. They were very accommodating, friendly and good people. Were very understanding why we needed to check out.
