Customer Reviews
I stayed at the hotel for 4 days, 3 nights for a business trip to Austin. The lobby was beautiful, lots of seating, a little Cafe and store as well. The staff was very nice and professional, they were all great! The rooms were very modern and clean. The shower had great pressure and the AC worked great too! The beds were comfortable and the pillows were too soft for my taste but I piled them high and was just fine! Highly recommend!
I stayed at this hotel for five nights to attend an event at this hotel. Front desk staff were courteous and efficient. Public areas were clean. My room was clean, but had a bad smell. I was too lazy to change rooms, so I didn't mention it until I left. The staff person credited my Marriott account with points for the inconvenience. The room had a nice selection of furniture. The TV system worked fine and was easy to use. The air conditioner unit was not quiet, but the noise level was acceptable. The hotel had a restaurant/bar/lounge that was associated with Starbucks. This restaurant was open for breakfast and then closed until 5 PM. Although the evening menu was small, I enjoyed the food that I ate there (most of my meals). I ate breakfast there every day. The restaurant staff was friend
Stayed two nights and apparently my crime was booking through a third party. The front desk read my “perks” so fast it felt like I was being read my Miranda rights. I get that we all have long days, but some of us also drove hours to get here. If customer service means anything to you… I’d recommend going elsewhere.
Overall I am impressed with my stay at this hotel. Stayed over the weekend with a friend. Staff were friendly and answered any questions I had. Room was well kept, stylish, and clean! Bed was very comfy. Being able to log in and watch Netflix/Hulu on the tv was a bonus. Only complaint I had was the AC - was very noisy and took a few hours to cool down. Location was great - everything we needed was a short 5 min drive. I would stay at this hotel again and would recommend to friends and family.
Very nice hotel. We just needed a place to sleep after a Longhorns football game and this place was much nicer than we anticipated. It was priced well, the woman at the front desk upgraded our room at check in so we could have a pull out couch for more comfortable sleeping for 4 of us. The i door pool was warm and comfortable to hang out in. Overall great quality for the price! I think we will use this hotel for future games we attend!
