Courtyard by Marriott Albany

stayed in December 2025 on top floor in 2 queen bedroom. Off the main road so quieter area. The lobby is very spacious with lots of seating & decorated nicely. There is a breakfast Bristow & Starbucks combo in the lobby. Rooms where clean, had a 50" TV, a shared bedside table with 2 charging ports & 2 electrical plug-ins. Only one con in the room was the towel rack was half out of the wall ready to fall off. The only personal CON is this place does NOT have free breakfast or even coffee in the lobby. We normally pick a place with free breakfast but some how this place slipped through my filters. So if u don't eat breakfast this place if good.

The entire stay was AMAZING! Mario and Flo went above and beyond EVERY SINGLE TIME. They were professional and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend!!!!

Lobby is clean updated and sophisticated. Room renovations are modern but dark and in need of more decor (blank walls, bare table tops and they kept the interior room doors an ugly off white ) to make it feel complete. Cheap toiletry items similar to what an Economy Inn would provide. Exterior landscaping is clean, manicured and inviting. |However, they skipped on the finer details… aroma inside is not appealing, bath towels are old tattered and in desperate need of replacement. Shower water pressure is almost nonexistent with what I assume are water saving shower heads. Window drapery is dated and cheap. There was a leak in the lobby ceiling when I arrived. Despite checking in online the day before my arrival I was considered a “no show” according to the front desk and my reservation was

My 90-year-old father and I had a wonderful experience during our recent stay at the Courtyard Marriott in Albany, GA. Trey, Trey, Trey — OUTSTANDING! From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally professional, courteous, and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth, his friendly demeanor stood out immediately, and he was a perfect gentleman. Our room was ready right away, and Trey made sure my elderly, disabled father had the most comfortable accommodations. He even told my dad to call him directly at the front desk if he needed anything — a thoughtful gesture that meant so much after a long day of travel. Positive: The staff was amazing. The hotel definitely needs some updates that has nothing to do with the exceptional staff that works there Negative: The room had an old musty smell. The carpet need to be replaced. Definitely need new bed linen and pillows. The bathrooms get used some updating as well. The water pressure was terrible.
