Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Valdosta, GA

The staff are the 5 stars at this hotel. From Latisha, who checked us in and placed our cold packs in the kitchen freezer so that they would be good the next day, to Leah who retrieved the freezer packs in the morning, and Luke who checked us out. They were all professional, courteous, and congenial. The hotel, the rooms have been renovated and were nice and clean (accept for the tile floor). As mentioned, the rooms were renovated, but it looks like they repurposed the older microwaves as ours did not work properly. The rotating plate did not rotate. Note to whoever is in charge. Don’t be cheap. Buy a new microwave. All that money spent on remodelling and you choose to re-use the microwave. Convenient location but nothing spectacular. Overpriced. Shower head was horrible (and hot water ran out on day 2!). Pool was not quite warm enough, ran out of towels but gave us some room towels to use. It would appear PH level was off based on color and chlorine smell. Staff was super friendly on arrival. Decent breakfast selection except not enough fruit (only oranges were available!). Bananas would have been nice but evidently they ran out by 7am. Nice sized parking lot was well lit. Bed was comfortable and sheets/towels were clean and plentiful. Overall nice, comfortable stay but can’t understand the pricing considering the locale.

I did not have a reservation but stopped in because I have been to this location in the past. I arrived in the late evening and Tanesha (I believe was her name) was so polite. She was quick to find me a room. She has fantastic customer service skills, but more importantly she was just nice. Perfect employee to represent any business. And when I left a gentleman asked if there was one thing that could have made my visit any better. Nope, you all did a great job. See you next time I am in Valdosta.

I had an amazing experience. The people are very friendly and helpful. The room was excellent such a peaceful environment. I look forward to going back. It was easy access coming off the highway the room was clean. I feel comfortable. It was not very expensive it was very accommodating in every way, the breakfast was great. I overall I give it a two thumbs up thank you 🙂|The manager Celinda Manco and her assisting team member Corinne both went over and above to make sure that I was taken care of. Thank you. I highly recommend this establishment.

Our stay at Country Inn & Suiteswas absolutely fantastic! The moment we arrived, the front desk staff Celinda & Latisha was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making check-in & check-out seamless. Our room was spotless, fresh, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable, allowing for a great night's sleep. We loved the convenient location near every restaurant, including waffle House, KFC McDonald’s just down the road and many more restaurants.
