Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Portland International Airport, OR

Robert made our shuttle ride from the airport to the hotel such a great experience! From the moment we stepped on, he was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. His all-around great personality instantly set the tone and made us feel relaxed after traveling. He went above and beyond, engaging with guests, answering questions, and making the ride feel less like a transfer and more like a warm welcome. Truly a gem! We also can’t say enough good things about staying at the Country Inn & Suites PDX. This hotel consistently feels like a home away from home—comfortable, clean, and always welcoming. Between the wonderful staff and experiences like this with Robert, it’s exactly why we love staying here again and again. Highly recommend!

We have not really stayed at Radisson hotels but now it is our favorite. Our shuttle driver to begin with was amazing, personable, and friendly. Then when we entered, a latte/cappuccino machine, a selection of teas, and Seattles best coffee greeted us on this very cold day. Sitting area with a lovely Christmas tree made this lobby feel like home. At check in, the staff was so wonderful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was extra delicious, way above average, allowing the kitchen to remain open until 10:30 am. I appreciated that immensely. The eggs were real, not boxed imitation eggs. The potatoes and other items had great flavors and the workers in the kitchen were friendly. The best is being able to check out at noon.

Hotel is in poor condition. Carpets are torn and stained, it smells in shred areas of the hotel. The furniture in the rooms is unstable, broken legs on cabinets, etc. Cleanliness in rooms and shared areas is not up to standard. Breakfast staff is rude and unhelpful. Breakfast staff is the first eating the breakfast in the guest are at 7am. Not enough salt shakers available. Most pepper shakers were not filled, or were downright empty. No Manager on Duty available on the weekend. Front desk staff was unable to honor my request to check out early. I felt trapped. Upon my strong request to contact the manager, the front desk staff was then able to get a hold of the manager and was walked through the early checkout process.

We absolutely love this place. Everyone is incredibly sweet and its in a great location right by the airport. Shoutout to Mai and Miguel at the front desk, both amazing! They have some amazing ammentities and the free breakfast in the mornings is really good. Everything is clean and the ac in the rooms work amazing. Highly recommend!

This was an excellent place to stay and great for the airport. ||We stayed in seven hotels during our 18 day road trip break and this was by far the best. ||We stayed for three nights at the start of our vacation and spent the last night here before flying home. ||The shuttle bus provided an excellent service.||Lovely large, clean rooms, daily housekeeping and very friendly staff. ||The breakfast room was lovely with a different  hot choice every day. ||The pool and jacuzzi were working and the hotel had nice grounds. ||We would recommend this hotel and would stay here again without hesitation.
