Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, DFW Airport South, TX

Not a great area, not a great hotel. When I arrived in my room it stank of cigarettes. My coworker walked in her room and immediately was met with 2 separate beetles. The shower has no pressure, the tub doesn't drain properly because the lowest spot is the middle above the drain. After working all day I returned to see the puddle still sitting in the tub, yuck. Plus, I too found bugs in my bathroom. The huge Crack in the ceiling over my bed looks ready to drop pieces on me as I sleep. The toilet paper holder is falling off the wall. The tiny hair dryer only works on high and i had to use it in the hall because it kept flipping the breaker in the bathroom. The bathroom night light is dead. The bathroom light is flickering. The outlets are loose and didn't work so I had to plug my phone

Positive: "" Negative: Very rude staff, ac didn’t work, was like pulling teeth to get us a different room, 4 tiny pillows, fragrance level was so high it was unbearable. Scent was bleach and cleaning supplies

Have stayed several times traveling, the rooms are clean . No one waking aronund properly at night front desk every friendly. And a shout out for management Goes above and beyond to help u fill as comfortable as u can during your stay. # 1 recommend Shuttle to airport. Excellent . Food is great. I was happy with this place. Our booking agent mixed up and booked the wrong room and the front desk was understanding. They helped us out and got us a great room replacement. The gym has a treadmill and elliptical. The pool is indoor and warm - but 3 and 4 feet deep though. The room was clean. Beds were average. Overall definitely worth the price and a good deal

From the moment we arrived, Daniel was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. Traveling disruptions can be exhausting, but he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. His professionalism and genuine hospitality really stood out.
