Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Billings, MT

Where to begin. All the staff have been so kind and courteous. Please stay a lot at this hotel due to traveling back-and-forth from medical reasons. All the staff has been very accommodating, love, kind, caring, and understanding. I’d rather stay here than any place else. They always try to make things work for our schedule from overcoming. I have never had a bad experience at this hotel whatsoever. I think all the staff in this hotel should have a lot of recognition for going over and beyond. If there hasn’t been any recognition given to them, I think they deserve it.

Negative: They advertise wifi but it does NOT work! We reported it to the front desk at 7am today after fighting it all last night & early this morning & the lady said it's been down a few days & she'd try to get it fixed. 2 days later, it's still not working, nor does the complimentary computers internet work in the lobby. Also, we've killed at least 10 box elder bugs in our room & 1 stink bug. Reported it as well & front desk agreed they are a problem. There is VERY limited parking for livestock trailers on busy nights despite the reservation guy saying there's plenty! Completely untrue! We asked this morning if we could find another hotel with actual working wifi & the lady absolutely refused to refund us the next 2 nights. Seems pretty unfair when they advertise services they don't act

We enjoyed our brief stay here to be close to an early appt we had in town. The hotel was quiet, the beds were very comfortable, and breakfast was really good with a wide selection of food including waffles. The pool was a nice temperature which we enjoyed with my young granddaughter.

The hotel is in a great location for what we needed.. everyone was friendly and it worked out well. Cleanliness was a small issue and breakfast could use a little improvement. My real only complaint is the toliet seat was not clean where the lid opens.. we were tired from driving and had to get to our event so we just stuffed tissue in it to get through the night. Eh it worked.. we will say something while we are there if needed, next time we stay. Overall we were satisfied 😌

The room was excellent but the score was not a 10 because there was no info for the tv operation, channels or programs. Each TV had different remotes with different "buttons". I had to ask the front desk for a channel listing (which should have been in the room)- and that did not agree with what channels were available. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great. It was disappointing that such a minor issue detracted from my stay as I have always well satisfied with Country Inn & Suites
