I had a wonderful stay at hotel. The staff was extremely welcoming, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety and was fresh every morning. The location is convenient, close to restaurants and main attractions, yet quiet enough to relax. Overall, the service and hospitality exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and will definitely choose it again for my next trip.

Was hoping for a smooth wonderful stay however arriving from a midnight after a 17hr flight just to let us know that there was no room available was the worst that could happen. Staff didn't try hard enough to help us so we ended up having to look for another accommodation in the middle of the night with no car. So disappointing.

my girlfriend and i have spent almost a week here and the staff was so amazing our refrigerator went out and they immediately switched our room to the one right next store. the front desk person i don't recall her name was so accommodating to us and did it with a smile. I hope she gets to read this. thank you so much for just helping without making everything more stressful.

I stayed at this hotel starting Tuesday and originally booked 7 nights. However, I checked out early on Saturday at around 4:00 PM. At the front desk, I clearly explained that although I had 3 remaining nights, I was requesting a refund for only 2 unused nights. The staff confirmed this request and proceeded with my early checkout. However, despite this confirmation, I have not received the refund. My calls and messages have also gone unanswered. I would appreciate a clear explanation and a prompt resolution regarding the agreed refund.
