Country Hearth Inn & Suites Cartersville

For starters I used priceline to book my room here and just want everyone to know if you plan on arriving after 10:00pm, you will need to choose another place to stay or make different arrangements with someone that can get there by 10:00pm. They only have someone there from 8:00am-10:00pm. I had to make my daughter get off work early so we could make it there in time to check in because no where on priceline did it say we had to be there by a specific time, and fortunately I called early that morning to make sure it'd be okay to check in late otherwise we would've arrived at midnight after driving 3 hours to find no one there and would've still been charged the full price for not canceling in time, and would've had to try and find somewhere else at midnight. I asked for a refund upon arrival because I walked into my room and bugs were every where. There was a sketchy man just chilling in the back of his vehicle right in front of my door. The only positive were the front desk employees. They were nice.

😊: I didnt like it! I didnt stay. Got a refund. The place scared the craps out of me. Not lighting outside room 142 anywhere. Went inside the blanket on bed had holes and burn marks look like some one slashed the blanket. The smell was behind. The door wasnt even locked. And it didn't lock. I turned around and walked straight down to get refund. This place was a nightmare!. 😢: Everything.

Well apparently this location does not like to give but 1 washcloth for 2 people. No ice bin, coffee maker, cups. Nothing. So if your expecting any of this keep dreaming. The bed was somewhat comfortable. The pillows everything you moved they made a rustling sounds. The room was clean.

Great location near interstate but hidden for our quick night stay while traveling. Room was clean, 4 stars because fridge was very noisy all night and impossible to unplug, but we were stopping late, tired and did not complain. Staff was amazing so I’m sure they would have taking time to fix issue for us if asked. This is the kind of people working there- my wallet fell out of my purse onto bed while packing up and I didn’t realize it. The cleaning staff found it and turned it in to the front desk right away. They tried to call me twice. I did not get the call until 3 hours away. When I called, the manager, worked with me and used her personal lunch time to go to the post office and mail my wallet plus all contents I’d left in it to my home.
