Coronado Inn

Such a fun location! Walking distance to everywhere on Coronado and definitely biking. The free bikes were the best way to get around. The side streets r practically free of cars and bike racks at all of the businesses makes it the best mode of transportation. The pool is not heated but was a nice place to have a picnic or breakfast. The room was spacious. The sink and closet were separated from the toilet and shower- like another room. Also was vey clean and new tiles in shower and clean floor. No bugs/roaches like in other reviews. Oh yes- front desk was always very kind.

Positive: The location and staff of the hotel have always been great. I have been going here for 10+ years. Still love it. Negative: It was too loud outside the hotel and the the shower took a long time to heat up.

I stayed here for about 2 and a half months and overall had a great experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff and room service did a good job keeping everything maintained during my stay. The area felt very safe and quiet, which made it easy to relax after long days. Being in Coronado was also nice since there are plenty of places nearby to walk to and things to do. Overall it was a solid place to stay for an extended period and I’d definitely recommend it to others.

I LOVED my stay here! My family of four booked the family suite and it was so peaceful and perfect. Having a little kitchen to prep meals and a good sized fridge meant we could save money on not eating out, and we had a little living room with a sofa bed so it was like having two bedrooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the time of booking until we checked out. In the morning I came down to the office for the best coffee I’ve ever had a a hotel! (Jura espresso machine for those in the know!). The beach cruisers were a wonderful experience-we rode all around Coronado in the fresh breezy morning! Walking distance to most everything or an easy drive.

Rooms were dated and kitchen suite was barebones. The WiFi and cell signal throughout the entire room were really bad and you cannot reliable work or even stream. Location is nice and located near excellent restaurants within walking distance and allows free bike rentals with stay if you can get one. Other guests would hoard or not return bike keys.
