Cork Factory Hotel at Urban Place

Positive: Quiet and ohhhhh so clean! No one bothered me...it was just fabulous! Negative: The lighting in the room was too dark....make an option to brighten the room! Put microwaves in all the rooms!

From the very beginning, their team was in communication with us early and often to ensure our entire wedding weekend was exactly what we envisioned. Their attention to detail, organization, and genuine care made the entire planning process feel seamless. Cork Factory helped coordinate everything beautifully — our rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, welcome reception, and wedding day itself were all executed flawlessly from start to finish. They also went above and beyond to make sure our guests booked their rooms with ease and were comfortable throughout their stay. One of the Worst Hotel Experiences I’ve Ever Had on the night of 2/21/26 This place is a perfect example of how a hotel should not be run. I was woken up three times because of a bathroom leak and, instead of resolving their own issue quietly and professionally, they turned my night into a chaos. Reception called me at 10 PM, 11 PM, and midnight: first to ask if there was water around the toilet and to tell me to put towels down, then to inform me they would be sending maintenance to my room, and finally with maintenance knocking on my door while I was trying to sleep. The lack of respect and professionalism was unbelievable. The concierge was also one of the rudest and most unprofessional employees I’ve ever encountered. the hotel itself was nice but the front desk was a disappoinment. I arrived at the hotel early in the afternoon. My room was not ready. That's OK. The lady at the front desk told me that she would text me when it was ready so that we could do a little sightseeing. I returned around 4pm and checked in. She had never called.|This was fairly annoying.

The biggest problem with this hotel is you can hear everything in the rooms next to, above and below you. We stayed here 2 nights and on our second night the room next to us was up partying all night. We called the front desk to complain once but nothing was done. We ended up oversleeping the next morning and we're late for my daughter's volleyball tournament. At checkout the front desk clerk asked how my stay was. I informed him of the noise problem the night before and he actually confessed that it was him in the room next to us celebrating his birthday. I couldn't believe it, no wonder nothing was done when we called to complain. I found this to be very inconsiderate and very unprofessional. He did apologize but obviously that wasn't enough, it should have never happened in my opinion.
