Comfort Suites West Omaha

Had a good stay. Beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast had good choices including scrambled eggs and sausage links (which were nice and crispy on the outside). I appreciated the lemon water in the lobby. The carpet looked like it needed to be cleaned though. Big nasty looking stains by the bed. Pool was nice and clean and temperature was comfortable.

Everything was good except the chlorine of the pool. The smell hits you when you walk in the door of the hotel. The chlorine was so strong in the pool area, it was burning our skin and eyes sitting on the side of the pool . I think a new ventilation system would really help this situation. The staff were great and let us use the lobby for a little get together with family.

We were in Omaha on the 25th of December 2025 and it was so foggy. We did not want to continue our drive home so we called choice privileges and they accommodated us at this place. Everything was perfect. Was a very nice hotel. A good breakfast in the morning and good coffee. I highly recommend this place and of course choice hotels.

This is a very nice property with spacious, clean suites. It was quiet and I got good sleep. Service was fine and the rate was very reasonable. The hotel is located almost on the outskirts of Omaha, so it's about a 30-minute drive to downtown.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, the quality in line with the cost of the stay. But I especially want to give a shout out to the staff. I left a ring behind in my room. The staff found it, contacted me quickly and arranged to return it to me by mail. So nice to find honest and gracious customer service.
