Comfort Suites Portland Airport

Brought our youth group here for a youth conference in the Portland area. Kym and Joe were amazing to work with, right from the booking process to check out. Great service. Rooms were enormous. Location was convenient for where we needed to go. Some fast food across the road. Complimentary breakfast was incredible.

Positive: Early check in awesome greeting with a glass of ice cold lemon water. We were given an early check in just pass 2...The room.was super clean comfortable and we slept like babies.... Negative: If I had to ding this place it would be the breakfast. To much carbs and processed sugar....

A few weeks ago I stayed at a hotel in California. I don't go around comparing hotels but I did notice a couple of things that made me realize Comfort Suites in Portland has spoiled me in a couple of ways. I'm an early riser and I'm usually one of the first people to have breakfast. I just take for granted that choice hotels food is always hot and delicious, the rooms are always clean and there's not a lot of noise. And the staff is amazing. I really enjoy being there. I highly recommend booking a room there the next time you're in the Portland area.

I was traveling to Portland to bring my mom for a scheduled surgery.When we got to Portland it was canceled.And I had booked my room through booking. com, and it was past the cancellation date.Chris, at the Comfort Inn ans Suites, Portland helped me make arrangements to cancel my reservation at no extra cost to myself. Chris was helpful and accommodating and he went out of his way to help me. The rooms were clean and spacious, and i'm looking forward to the complementary breakfast in the morning and tonight i'm going to be using their hot tub. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Would totally stay here again! Great breakfast with cheese omelet, sausage patties, buscuits & gravy, pancakes.. lots more. Flavored coffee creamer (so important!!!) The hot tub was perfect and the indoor pool area was not hot & humid like most indoor pool enclosures. Got plenty of pillows, room was clean and updated. All staff members were super friendly!
