Comfort Suites NW Dallas Near Love Field

The resident hotel elevator has not been working for sometime and you have to drag luggage up the steps. Also, the breakfast which said was provided was not fully provided. One day there was only surreal. No eggs, no waffles, no pastries.. The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable, and those who assisted were very kind and friendly.

I cannot fathom how this place has some 5 star reviews. We stayed last night and here is our experience: There was no breakfast at all, the elevator is broken (hello ADA violation!) They left 1/4 of roll and 1/2 of a roll of toilet paper with no extras in the bathroom. What if someone has an issue? There was hair on the counter and outside of shower, dust on towel shelves where I’m supposed to get a clean towel, 1 washcloth for 2 people, no tissues in the empty tissue box, no body wash so we had to use shampoo for the body because they only one soap at the sink. The room stunk. Did you actually give me a smoking room or just tried to cover up after someone smoked? Or do you just need a good air freshener? Terrible.||The first room I got had a broken AC. They switched me to a new room which had a working AC, but in the switch around, I left a box with a gift in it in the first room. I went down to the desk when I noticed this and said I needed to get back in to that room to get that item, but they had ALREADY RENTED IT TO ANOTHER GUEST. The room with the KNOWN BROKEN AC was pawned off on another guest! They said that they would have the maid check for it when they cleaned. This was the overnight desk clerk. He APPEARED to write something down.||When I was leaving in the morning for the day, I stopped at the front desk to remind about this. I normally never leave negative reviews, but this location deserves honest feedback. My family and I always choose Comfort Suites when we travel because we’ve had great experiences in other states — but this location has been the complete opposite. We booked a 3-night stay and checked in around 4 PM. When we entered the room later that night (around 3 AM), we immediately noticed several issues: • Missing basic items like extra toilet paper, towels, and no extra blankets or pillows. • The tap water was extremely hot and unsafe, even when fully turned to cold. • Wi-Fi connected but didn’t work at all. • The faucet leaked continuously. • Our key cards constantly stopped working, and none of the exterior doors opened with the key card — staff just said the doors were “out of order.” • The ele

Beware: Not a Pet Friendly or ESA Friendly hotel. Only service animals are allowed. The guy at the front desk is very helpful and has great customer service though so this is not a negative review on him or any other employee, but it’s on the hotel itself and the 3rd party booking services (vio.com) that advertise this hotel as “Pet Friendly”
