Comfort Suites North Dallas

It needs some tender loving care! Upgrades are needed: carpet, furniture, refrigerator and indoor pool needs to be heated! Bed was comfortable & water pressure was amazing! Service to room was nonexistent unless we asked & stingy with towels. I did see one roach & there was trash in the living room trash can upon arrival.

Amazing hospitality, definitely exceeded my expectations. I had a Jacuzzi room. Room 300 to be exact. Porsha at the front desk was truly amazing. Free breakfast from 6AM-10AM made by Deandra. Fantastic team. I highly recommended them to anyone traveling around North Dallas area.

I stayed at this hotel, because it was close to MedVet and decently priced with booking.com. The handicap room was large and comfortable. Most of the people working at the front desk couldn't help me, but let me know to speak with the manager. I initially booked the room from Monday to Wednesday. My boy had surgery on his spine on Tuesday. Last time we came to MedVet, he was in the hospital a significant amount of time. I rebooked my room through Saturday. Well on Thursday, they said I needed to pick him up. I was a little stressed, but I called booking.com and told them the situation. They were able to update the second reservation I made and the manager was understanding and my money was refunded. They had delicious breakfast everyday. Location is great. But the hotel service itself is awful. My husband and I checked in yesterday to celebrate our anniversary at their jacuzzi suite - room 100. We went into the room and the fridge would not get cold. We ran the Jacuzzi tub and strange yellowish gunk came from the jets. We went to the front desk to inquire about the fridge not working and were told maintenance may or may not come in the morning but they gave us garbage bags to fill with ice to act as a fridge. When we returned to the room with our garbage bags we tried to rinse the tub again and have a nice bath. Instead, once the jets turned on again, black matter began to come out onto the bubbles and got everywhere. We tried to clean the tub and run it once more only for more nasty black stuff to come out. We stayed for 2 nights from Monday, 10/06 and Tuesday, 10/07 in room 103. It seemed like weed smell the whole place. Furniture are very old, room is old, carpet smells. The clock by the bed can't be adjusted. The worst of all, there're a very bad bed bugs! We both got biten. All over both of my girl friend legs, very bad. No one needs to stay here any more, especially in room 103!
