Comfort Suites Little Rock West

I decided to take a weekend trip and truly appreciated how centrally located this hotel is to many of the attractions we planned to visit. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the hotel staff, which made check-in smooth and welcoming. Our room was very clean, exceptionally spacious, and well maintained. We stayed in a double queen room with a sofa sleeper, and the amount of space was impressive.||I also enjoyed the wide cable selection offered on the television. The room was conveniently equipped with both a microwave and a mini refrigerator, which was perfect for storing food and beverages. Parking was plentiful and easy to access.||My only complaints were related to factors outside of the room itself. Other guests on our floor were quite loud, and the hallway had a strong odor of burn

It was very clean and nice and the staff was wonderful. But, the first night a couple in a neighbor room had very loud sex for over 2 hours. The staff did their best to stop it. My issue is who your guests are. What type of people would think that was appropriate behavior, especially after being asked to be quiet .

Disappointed in so many ways. Check-in person not friendly. Not rude, just not friendly. Room cards didn't work so had to go back to get new ones. Carts are all broken with parts missing and don't steer right. Room thermostat buttons broken so you have to pound away to change temp. Too many guests reek of weed and leave their stench trails everywhere. Breakfast offerings were limited, food not hot, and biscuits were rocks. Rooms were clean and comfortable but it is the little things that make or break a visit. Update for General Manager: The reservation was not under this name and I do not wish to share my real name.

Almost perfect. Love this place. We love staying on the 2nd floor. Nice rooms. I gave them a 9 because the HVAC unit needed to be replaced, updated or repaired. It sorta worked. The front desk was notified on our check out day ... they would have fixed it that same night, however, we were too tired to have them come up and do it (our fault)

One of the better places we stayed on our trip. Room was clean and fresh. Front desk was polite and friendly. Breakfast had a nice assortment, although I still want fresh scrambled eggs. We will stay here again.
