Comfort Suites Gastonia - Charlotte

Omg!! The clean comfortable bed was everything! I can't even say how nice the shower was. Man hotels water doesn't get hot and steamy but this one did. I enjoyed my stay tremendously! Almost forgot, the breakfast was extreme delicious and the staff very nice and friendly. We're having a family reunion soon and I am definitely recommending. Thank you.

After American Airlines cancelled my flight, I was told I would get a hotel and meal voucher for an overnight stay. I did not get one. I called executive platinum helpless line and after 2 incompetent employees told me there was nothing they could do, so I gave up and booked this hotel as it was affordable and nearby. Along the way to this hotel, I called American executive platinum helpless line one last try. Finally, a competent employee helped me get into a hotel near the airport with free shuttle service. I went to the desk of this hotel and kindly asked the desk attendant, Sharane, if she could cancel my reservation expecting a NO. She explained she could not, but advised me to call Expedia and have them call the hotel directly and she would cancel the reservation due to the exten

Can someone at corporate tell me why most Comfort Inns offer early check-in and a few do not, even though you have a clean room ready? This location refused and had a room ready! I travel for work and on the project I'm currently on, we can only work in the stores at night. I have 326 stores across 6 states. I work as long as I can (6 am quit time) and always Google a Comfort Inn, so booking reservations online doesn't work for me. I never know where I'll end up in the mornings. Charge me an early check-in fee. I don't care, but can someone tell me why early check-ins are sometimes not possible at some locations? Shouldn't this be implemented across the board??

Stayed for 1 night, close to the highway which good. The lady that checked us in was very friendly. Rest of staff not so much. Stayed in the suite 2 queen beds with sofa.The sofa needed a major vacuuming. I wouldn't have looked under the bed but my grandchild dropped a toy on the floor and it went under the bed. There was lots of dog fur I assume and dirt underneath. Cheap on the toilet paper considering 5 people staying.

Our room was spacious and clean, but no black out curtains and unsure if someone could see in... so like others before us, we pulled the side decorative drapes together and pinned them. Breakfast was wonderful... bacon, eggs, waffles, cereal, juices, and more. Dining Room and counters were spic and span. The ladies there were also very friendly and nice. Having traveled from Europe for the previous 24 hours, I was exhausted, so after breakfast, I put the Do Not Disturb sign up and planned to take another nap before checkout at 11. At 10am, "Housekeeping" was knocking on the door and tried to get in! We had the latch across. But what the hay!! The sign reads, "Please Do Not Disturb". I was knocked out of a deep sleep and sorely agitated!! Would have given this place all 5 stars but that act
