My family and I moved from out of state and have been staying here going on 3 months Ms Lisa goes above and beyond for the guests it’s more like a community/family. She is always available when needed. The property is always clean it’s like she barely rest I always tell her you need a vacation hahaha but just wanted to give Ms Lisa and her staff their flowers because they deserve it. She keeps it a safe clean environment for families it has been a great experience thus far. Our home will be ready 11/1 but this has truly been a home to us thank you Lisa for embracing my family and keeping the community safe for us.

Lisa and Portia are a wonderful assistance as well as dependable maintenance and other staff. Very kind hearted people, not nosey but caring and very clean and the environment is quiet and in a great area 😀

My boyfriend had to book a room through his company's hotel app and this hotel in Gastonia, NC was one of the only one's available near his job site. He drove over 3 hours to get there for the sign on the door to say they closed at 6pm. He then called the number on the door, spoke with a woman who said yeah, office closes at 6pm. So basically he's SOL on a room. No where on the site, whether it be their own web page or the company app, does it list them closing at 6pm and not allowing check ins. If you are running any business you need to ensure that your potential patrons are aware of your opening/closing times. If they see a reservation come through then they should attempt to call the person upon booking to say "hey, just an fyi, you need to be here prior to 6pm or you will not be able

Love this place! The lady who runs this place Kim is awesome, she truly cares about the guests and wants their stay to be the best it can be. As a woman traveling alone I was nervous about where to stay but immediately felt safe here. The rooms are clean. It's quiet and no one loitering around in the parking lot. Will recommend to everyone that will be staying in the area.

Mrs. Lisa was a very big help to me and my family. After several failed reservations at the Shelby N.C. location we were able to come here and have a room the first night. It was also very clean and ran very professionally unlike other locations that we have visited In the past. Thank you for all the help you provided for me and my family at this time of need..
