The hotel was decent and the staff were helpful. However, after checking in our room later in the evening, noticed that the room was hot. Got the kids to bed and turned the air on and the fan turned on, but no A/C. The temperature never dropped below 77 degrees, and no one got any good sleep. The next day I went to the front desk and asked about the A/C and the staff told me my room was on the list needing repair of the hvac. So my family got a room that knowingly had an issue and no other rooms were available. I was given two box fans to help, but the temperature in the room was very uncomfortable. So two nights in a row did not go well for sleep. Additionally, one of the smoke detectors was not working and had the battery backup compartment open with the battery not working. I will be at

I would like to discuss my recent stay checking in on 11/27 and checking out on 11/30. I am beyond dissatisfied with our stay. Check-in went well and was quick; however, I had to come right back down because my room cards would not work. I thought this was due to it not being programmed which was no big deal. This was not the case, we had to swipe the card 10-15 times every time to get in the room. Then the couch was completely ripped which also wasn’t a big deal. We went to eat and came back and got ready for bed. The heat was not working in the room and I called the front desk four or five times and nobody ever answered so I walked down around 11:30 to 12:00. I was told that boiler 2 was not on and they just started it because they didn’t think it was supposed to get that cold. It did

The check in was easy. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was great. I had attempted to get a late check out, however, I was told that they do NOT do those at this location. I did get out at a reasonable time however. I was very happy with my room assignment also. Parking lot had ample spaces available. Staff was pleasant. Has a nice indoor pool.

I found almost everything I needed. The outside of the building was clean and neat. The front deck was ferry friendly and efficient. The clearly explained everything about the breakfast and internet. I had a suite and found everything to be very well kept of good quality. There were two things that are issues. One would be almost impossible to change. I thought it would be a good idea to have the HVAC in a small walled of area in the room but that was not so the unit was pretty loud and I know my wife would never be able to sleep in the room. i am deaf in one ear so I slept with that ear up. I do not expect that the HVAC issue would be a reasonable fix. The second issue could be easily fixed. The couch was so warn out that when I sat down I actually was sitting in a hole. This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve ever had. I want to start by saying that staff members like Davante, Jessica, and a few others were wonderful — truly the only highlight of this stay. Unfortunately, everything else left me frustrated, sick, and uncomfortable.||I am 8 months pregnant and staying here with 3 kids. We booked because our home A/C was down, only to be told after check-in that “some rooms” had A/C issues. Thankfully, Davante found us a cool room, so I thought we were fine. But no one explained that the whole system was failing and that my A/C could shut off mid-stay. By the 4th night, our room was 82°, I was nauseous, exhausted, and battling headaches. Moving wasn’t an option because by then all rooms’ A/C units were down.||Then came the privacy violation.
