Comfort Suites Fredericksburg North

WILD experience with my kids at this hotel. First, no one at the front desk for check in. When we finally got to to our suite, the carpet and couch were heavily soiled, both the curtains and bed shams for both beds were visibly ripped. My daughter poured tap water into a clean cup and brown sediment floated up. THAT WAS NOT THE ISSUE. Around 1am, a lady across the hall began screaming angry expletives. I texted the “virtual concierge” and got no response. Eventually I called the front desk, a man answered without identifying himself and advised me that I should have called police myself (!!) but that he would handle it. He claimed to have no knowledge of the virtual concierge, Then I got a text from the virtual concierge claiming the matter was handled when it was ongoing. I called the f

Room was spacious and comfortable. Overall room was clean however we noticed black mold spots on the bottom of the shower curtain. House cleaning entered our room without knocking or announcing who it was. They assumed we had already checked out! We reported both incidents to the front desk upon check out. They apologized and stated it would be addressed. |They should also have fresh water at the breakfast bar. Overall the stay was good and I would stay there again.

The carpet and coach smelled like urine. I stay here at least twice a year and love this hotel but this time I could not utilize the suite due to the overpowering smell. When I checked out the desk clerk did not seem to care I was not happy with my accommodation. She non chalantly said okay. She was also to busy on the phone with a personal phone call.

What wonderful staff you employ! The breakfast person was so busy, but got me yogurt right away. We met on the elevator, and she is so sweet. Front desk staff is amazing too! I will return and tell friends as this is a great stop between home and family.

I used to stay here quite often on my trips to visit my family that lives in the area. The only reason I stopped was because there was a few times in a row when I was trying to book a stay that their prices were way higher than they used to be. Generally I could get a better deal a few exits north in Stafford. This past weekend, they had a pretty good deal so I decided to go back. Apparently a lot has changed in a few years time. Or not changed I guess? Hard not to notice the overall worn out look to the hotel. Wallpaper peeling all over, the furniture is tired looking, stained carpet, ill-fitting chair covers over the chairs in the breakfast area instead of replacing them. When I get into the room, I notice it's stuffy in there, so I tried to adjust the temp and the thermostat wouldn't wo
