Comfort Suites East Lincoln - Mall Area

DO NOT STAY HERE! Stear clear. Save your money and stay elsewhere or spend a little more and avoid the shady business dealings, mediocre rooms and what I suspect is mold in the bathrooms. I've stayed at this hotel a couple times. However, after my recent interaction with the location I must advise others to not stay here under any circumstances. They falsely accused me of having a pet in a room. I have a black lab and shockingly his hair gets on my clothes - I don't dispute that. Apparently some of the hair transferred so they charged me $150 with no proof other than some strands of hair. No video of photographic proof. Nothing else. I know there wasn't proof because my dog was 4 hours away with my family. I called and informed the manager of this and he refused to even consider that po

Positive: Staff very polite and accommodating. I had requested a room on the top floor at the end of the hall, which they provided me with. It was very quiet and comfortable, suited my needs perfectly. Negative: When we used the pool, the chlorine burned our eyes, so we left early. Not sure if maybe it was just treated but it was too strong to be in the pool.

On the positive side, the room was clean. Towels and linen appeared fresh. Everything worked. Breakfast was okay, coffee hot! There were cigarettes on the grounds outside the front door and some trash. Desk clerk polite but had very thick accent and English was very difficult to understand. Hallway carpets filthy and my door did not shut properly. I also found it odd that I was charged an additional $25 damage deposit when my card was already on file. I was told it will be returned. Will believe it when I see it. Overall, I would consider staying again.

The front desk staff were very friendly and check-in was quick, which made for a good start. However, the stay itself had several issues: the room had a strong unpleasant odor, some of the sheets were not clean, and the housekeeping staff were very loud in the walkways, making it difficult to rest. Also, stay-over service was not properly done. Management really needs to improve the housekeeping team’s quality of work. The cleanliness and housekeeping need serious attention

I travel a lot and recently stayed at this hotel in Lincoln. The property looks good overall, the lobby is nice, and breakfast is decent but could use a few more options. However, I was disappointed with the room I got for the price I paid. The blanket had blood stains, the sheets had marks, and the room didn’t smell fresh. The refrigerator was also not cleaned properly. When I was checking out, I noticed around 5–6 housekeeping staff, but it seemed like management wasn’t supervising them well. One lady with spectacles, who seemed like a supervisor, along with others was making loud noise and laughing in the hallway, which was embarrassing for guests. Management really needs to pay better attention to housekeeping standards and professionalism.
