Always pleasant when we stay there. We come every two weeks. The rooms are always clean and the front desk people are always friendly and attentive. We really like that you still have breakfast for your guests in the mornings. A lot of places don’t do that anymore. It’s also very peaceful there and we always get plenty of rest and can relax completely while we’re there. Thank you for everything.

My husband and I stayed here last week and I got a call today from my husband saying that they charged our card! The gentleman up front was extremely nice when we stayed and even let me in about 10 minutes before check in since my husband was already working. My husband always stayed here due to work and had never had an issue. I thought it was a descent place too, until today. So my husband called and said they charged him $50 for “missing towels?” I called and spoke to the front desk lady working today because “I” was the one that checked us out since my husband had left for work that day. DO NOT BELIEVE ANY GOOD REVIEWS ••••• this place is the WORST place we have stayed by in many years. Everywhere you look you see something dirty, dingy, scratched or plain old •••••• the second floor hallway smells NAUSEATING, I think some people live permanently there and cook some VERY STRONG, SPICY FOOD and the entire place smells like that •••• our first room, 202, was very stinky, like moldy, humid, then we were moved to 118, didn’t smell as bad but the bathtub was HORRIBLE, black stains all over, we went to the front desk, gave us keys for a third room, and that one was both, stinky and dirty •••••• the manager said it was not dirty, just stained, we were not offered a discount, just a very weak apology •••••• unfortunately we couldn’t go anywhere else since our family was just next

don’t stay here. both ice machines broken. gym was “out of order” elevator broke while i was staying there business center has mattresses in it and isn’t even accessible. i booked this hotel based on the amenities and was unable to use any of them. pretty sure the people who run it live here. the room i checked into looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. there were used hospital socks and open sauce packets on the floor when i arrived. someone had used toothpaste and stuck trash to the smoke detector. the toilet broke with every flush and constantly ran water. to top it off, they lost the reservation i made months ago and had to give me a new one. conveniently, the new one had a no refund policy so i contacted my bank to dispute the transaction. this is fraud. everyone who works there is
