Comfort Inn University

We stayed here as an overnight stop on a vacation, but would not hesitate to book a longer stay. The hotel is VERY clean and comfortable, and we got a great rate despite making a night-of reservation. This place is an excellent value. The breakfast made lunch an option. Even though it is right next to I-75 we got a great night's sleep. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Parking is ample and we felt very safe.

This is a very clean hotel with friendly staff. It is in excellent shape with friendly staff. Breakfast was great and ir is in a safe nwighborhood. Filters for air conditioner needed cleaning so check them upon arrival if you have allergies. I would stay here again without thinking twice!

right off the interstate and the front desk person was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good and there were snacks and fresh lemon water in the lobby. The beds were comfy and the rates were very good . It’s not the Hilton but it’s a great value for your money and we will be back on our way home!

Exceeded expectations for the one night, the price was middling but we had two queen beds, which were super comfy with 4 pillows per bed. There was a fridge and microwave in the room. |There room was also really quiet. |Free coffee, tea, popcorn, water and ice available, together with free cookies by reception. Elevator to upper floors. Plenty of free parking. |Only slight negative was the wifi keep doing it alerts or room was located room 316 but otherwise fabulous. |Morning breakfast is help yourself to sausages, grits, scrambled eggs, bagels, toast, waffles, yoghurt, fresh fruit. Orange juice tea and coffee. |Just what we needed before a ten hour drive to Vicksburg

We checked in late and when we got there it seemed like a smell in the room. Musty, damp...yuck. So maybe the ac unit needs to be turned up? We should have just asked for another room. The smell got worse and worse. I am sick already, here to go to Shands. My Mom went to bed, too late to change plus I have a 6am surgery check in time. Guess it's luck of the draw. We had a great experience the first time, two weeks ago, with this place. Second time, not so much.
