Comfort Inn University Center

Older building/room needing many updates/upgrades. Had to let water run for a while before it got hot. Beds were smaller than usual but comfortable. Queen bed was more like a full size bed. Service was great. Location was great.

Upon arrival, the room had a weird smell. It didn’t smell clean. There were several roaches in the room. Some of the jets in the tub didn’t work. I paid extra for the jetted tub just to not be able to use it at its full potential. The elevator kept getting stuck which was very frustrating considering we were on the 6th floor. I did not complain or make a big deal because we traveled so far. All the way from Vegas for a special occasion. Everyone was really nice but the room just wasn’t in the best condition.

I can not believe people are leaving good reviews for this place. I fell for it and was completely shocked by how dirty and smelly the hotel is. The room smelled terrible and the carpet had so clearly not been vacuumed. There was even a pill on the floor! 🤦🏽‍♀️It looked like a supplement of some sort but still. The ice machine was also disgusting and after walking down the hall and back I felt like I needed an antibiotic. The front desk gentleman, Brian was so amazing and happily refunded our stay and we left shortly afterwards and checked in to a hotel not far from it. This place is terrible and shame on anyone saying otherwise. But all in all, give Brian a raise. He saved our weekend getaway. 😊 Thanks Brian so very much!!! I appreciate you!!! ✨

Good location. Right next to shopping center and all that. Also the rooms are pretty clean and comfortable. But after I checked in .the front desk telling me the elevator is out of service. And I was traveling with my wife and 4 month old kid. And I had couple of bags . And front desk gave me 2nd floor. So I told them is there a away I can stay in 1rst floor. And he said sure but it's 1 bed only. And I end up staying on the 2nd floor . And I asked them can you guys help me to carry the things upstairs. They said no and completely ignored me . It's was little rude. Other than that. I like the place and surroundings
