Comfort Inn SW Omaha I-80

The hotel is very clean and organized. The staff is kind and attentive to guests needs. They go above and beyond to make a guest feel -as their name states — Comfort. I was more than impressed by the feeling of being greeted and actually heard. There is a pool and fitness center as well as good location to many nearby places for food or shopping. I would definitely stay again and I definitely recommend you to check it out too. You won’t regret the Choice to stay at this Comfort Inn

The building needs a lot of updating and repairs. The damp smell is very strong. The room we stayed didn’t have a working fan in the bathroom and the paint was peeling from the walls and ceiling in several different spots of the bathroom and room. The caulking around the sink countertop was old and blackened. The hotel had a couple of doors to exit but no way to come back in through them. You would have to go all the way to the main entrance which was especially frustrating when having to take your pet out to relieve themselves. The lack of entrances also made it inconvenient to park in any other area of the parking lot that wasn’t the front so naturally all those spots were taken. There was plenty of parking in the back of the building but no entrance/exit to get to/from your vehicle. You

Positive: "" Negative: Clean Hotel with a nice breakfast. Room was a bit musty smelling initially, but it seemed to get better after the AC ran for a while. Clean facility, but the shower needed a makeover as it was aged. Overall a good place to stay and was quite reasonable.

The staff are awesome and super friendly and very accommodating. Bed is soft and comfortable and that’s rare in hotels these days. Room is clean unless you drop something on the floor and look under the bed!! 🤢🤢🤢 bathroom floor isn’t great either. I ate the breakfast eggs every morning and I’m picky. Rarely do I actually eat the breakfast. Front desk staff is absolutely awesome though.

Hotel falsely accused me of destroying a microwave and charged the full $150 incidental fee. Provided no proof that the microwave came from my room. Thankfully I stayed in business so it didn’t come out of my wallet. Stayed multiple times before without incident. Hotel is average, and good for the price, but I will not stay here again. Edit to reply: Their documentation provided had no proof the microwave was connected to the room I stayed in. I don’t touch the microwave when I travel. If it was damaged it was pre-existing and not carefully checked before I entered. Lesson learned to take a video of the room before I check out.
