The hotel was clean, staff was very polite and friendly. Breakfast had a good variety and the coffee was delicious! (from a girl who loves her coffee that's saying a lot :) ) We will definitely be staying here again and would absolutely recommend to our friends and family.

This hotel was so wonderful for my dog and I. She’s a big dog, but they were very good to her. They provided treats and put her photo on the wall of fame! Check out Lady Jane when you visit. :) Do bring a dog bed though as the floors are not carpeted. Front desk staff was amazing, room was clean. Large fridge. Great location. Reasonably priced.

We planned to go Thousands Island to take cruise. So we chose this place to stay. It is not a fancy hotel, we did not expect too much. But when we checked in, found everything inside is very old, the toilet is very dirty, a lot of stuff left from previous customer, and there are a few hairs found in the bed. We reported to front desk, they did come to clean it and replace the blanket, but we still found some hairs. we gave up to call them again. and this location may be good to go crusie, but do not close to any amenity. The hotel price is not cheap, and they have a lot of parking, but they still charge parking separately. I will go back this place, never recommend to anyone.

We arrived around 3:30pm, our room wasn't ready yet (check-in begins at 3pm). Reception called housekeeping and had us in our room within 20 minutes. I appreciated knowing that our room had just been cleaned, we didn't have any issue with the state of cleanliness. Very convenient location, a short walk to downtown or the waterfront. Parking is free, which a plus given that street parking is not and nearby City Cruises (Boldt Castle cruise) charges $9-18 per day. Given that most economy hotel chains don't provide breakfast anymore, the free breakfast was a nice touch.

The staff is so welcoming and friendly - even if the hotel is booked, you never feel like it's crowded. Breakfast is great - the variety of everything suits everyone's needs. The sitting area outside in the front off to the side is really great. You can gather as a group and meet new people. The rooms are clean (great job cleaning crew), organized and spacious. I come to Gan every year and I will always stay here.
