Comfort Inn & Suites Tampa North I-75

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed to relax. The atmosphere was calm and pleasant, which made the stay even better. Everything was well organized, and I truly felt comfortable the entire time. I would 100% recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

The beds sleep great. Water pressure in shower good. Air worked just fine. Refrigerator and microwave in room. Almost like being at home.

This is a very mixed review but I’m trying to keep it as true to the experience as possible without a one star. The first notes I will make is that by first impression everything looks fairly nice or on its way to being so. Alot is being renovated or replaced & I trust will be vastly improved That being said the lack of foresight is awful. Gym is filthy, laundry room and machines are filthy, rooms are surface cleaned at bestt & I still wouldn’t trust it (changed rooms, had previous room I was in “cleaned” and the underneath of the bed was never touched and had trash from before I even checked in that was still there after the reclean and the surfaces still weren’t even wiped and the floor was very dirty with this smell that just would not go away.) walls had splatters. Even while going through renovations, this Comfort Inn & Suites is already so nice. You can tell a lot of care is being put into the updates, and everything felt clean, comfortable, and welcoming during my stay. We rented two different rooms, and both were really nice. The improvements that are already finished look great, which makes me genuinely excited to see what they do next. If this is how good it is mid-renovation, I can only imagine how amazing it will be once everything is complete. Another big plus is the location — there are tons of great food options nearby, which made it super convenient. I’d absolutely stay here again and can’t wait to see the final results.

I called in the morning asking for one bath towel, since there’s barely any in the rooms. First he said they don’t have any. Like huh? It’s morning, you’re flipping rooms, of course there’s clean towels. Then he said he’d send the housekeeper, just to shut me up. Towel never came. Cool, thanks. Unbelievably lazy.
