Comfort Inn & Suites Statesville - Mooresville

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! I give this hotel a -10 had to put a 1 so I could post this review. I have been in the hotel business for over 28 years and have never experienced something so awful!! To start there are people in the parking lot conducting drug deals. Folks in the gazebo smoking marijuana openly. Go in to check in and the lady behind the desk (GINA) was beyond rude she was loudly letting everyone in the lobby know of the situation I was encountering which completely humiliated me! She was completely overwhelmed and has clearly not been trained correctly. All she kept saying was “there’s nothing I can do!” Again loudly and with a dismissive tone. She was answering the phone that was guest calling down she stated “I’m too busy I can’t help you!” Absolutely unacceptable!!! There are w

We stayed in rm 244 which was to be handicap conducive for easy use. The bathroom tub was NOT accessible without an unsafe effort. My wife was unable to use the shower! The carpet was grossly filthy and totally worn out! The shower itself was disgustingly gross! No waste receptacle in the bathroom! In my opinion this room should be totally gutted and remodeled! Additionally the noise on my floor was so loud we had to turn the tv volume nearly wide open! The desk clerk said it would quiet down at 10:30pm! Didn’t happen and no effort to make it quieter! Sorry, will never stay at this location again and will seriously consider other Comfort Inns as well. We’ll use another motel the next time!

Overall I did not have a good experience at the hotel. We stayed in November of 2025. Our whole travel baseball team booked here together. I got there to check in and the check in lady was very polite. I had no problems checking in however the next family that checked in booked a double bed room but was told they only had 1 king beds left. My family let them handle that and went to explore our room. We went by the pool first as it was on our way to the room. The chlorine was so strong that the kids did not even want to go in. That should tell you a lot about the pool. The water in the pool was green and not clean. There were bugs in the pool and it’s an indoor pool. We continued on to our room and it just got worse. Positive: Was able to easily find parking for our truck and trailer Negative: The room had a funky smell and the building had some minor maintance things that didnt seem to be kept up with on the grounds, like door locks and lighting in the emergency stairwell

I will never go here again. First off they advertise there pool is working and it is not. When you get there they don't tell you before you pay your money. Then when you pay and a family member ask about the hours of the pool they tell you the pool has been out since the snow. But you haven't put that on the website. It takes seconds. It also takes seconds to let your guest know as well. I have kids and that is the main reason I picked that hotel. Then I say I want my money back they say I can't give you, your money back. We have a sign right here but the sign is on the opposite end of the counter and turned around. "So you can't see it." Then the wifi would turn on and off. The workout machines wasn't working only one of them was working out of three of them. "Yes they only have three wor
