Comfort Inn & Suites Springfield I-44

Service was great! But we parked and walked to our room. There’s a ground floor lobby entrance back of building. I was startled there was a half passed out druggie in enclosed entrance on the ground with a cig in her hand and her dinner. I quietly walked by not to disturb her. There is a key card for main building. But parking lot is not safe! Lock your doors on your vehicle. ground floor smells

Positive: quiet , good staff , work to make right. Negative: was not told the pool and hot tub were not working .. as we had grandkids with us, They where disappointed. i asked about pool when making reservations, all that was said it has pool .

I like that you made every effort to make us comfortable. Furnace was not working but you placed us in a very warm and comfortable room without hesitation. Great customer service, friendly. Had great experience. Also liked that our invoice was placed under our door so that we didn’t have to ask for it at checkout. No extra time to checkout. Leave key cards and walked away. Awesome!!!!! Thank you!

We stayed 3 nights here for a wedding. The staff was always really nice! Unfortunately the pool was under maintenance. We also had a 2 queen bed room booked and they were full size beds instead. The breakfast was wonderful every morning and there was plenty of parking. There is only one elevator in the middle of the building so beware if youre traveling with a large group or those who cant walk far. There is a bathroom on the lobby floor as well as vending and ice machines and no steps to the ground floor rooms. The lobby and hotel smelled nice which is a rarity. Close to the highway, walmart, gas stations and food options. I would stay here again.

The people was nice, the breakfast was great. But it really needed painted and carpet cleaned. It was a real letdown from other Comfort inn and suites we have stayed in. Sorry to say that but you really need to invest some money into that motel, it just felt dirty. I don't think it even deserved a 5 but the people were very nice and the breakfast was great.
