Comfort Inn & Suites Omaha Central

The person behind the des when I arrived and the cleaning person were great! Otherwise the hotel was run down: doors had to slap to shut, carpets stained, elevators dirty, and i didn't want to put my luggage on the carts because they were so dirty and about to fall apart. The neighborhood was nice but the hotels clientele on the weekends were not. Police were called multiple times during the two weeks i was there. They were very loud no matter what hour it was. The Firewater grill was bad. Had to pick 3 different items just to get one that was in stock and that Buffalo Chicken Sandwich was cubed chicken in barbeque sauce on white toast. I wanted to go to a different hotel but was told since i went through a 3rd party I would have to talk with them - although I made the reservation on

Police were there when we arrived, got into our room it was not what we asked for handicap king bed. It was a double queen would not consider it to be handicap accessible as the wheelchair could not navigate the room or bathroom easily.The bed had hair all over the sheets the tray where the drinking glasses were had a white dried liquid on it. The walls and counter tops were cracked and falling apart.

I would like a refund for the first day of our stay we got the suite on floor 809. I have pictures when we arrived. 3 towels for towels had to ask for more, no toilet paper, no tissues had to ask desk for more, fire alarms were missing (I have pictures)TVs and microwave did not work we called down said they would have them fixed fixed by 9pm they were not when we got back, The room smelled and the pillows and sheets smelled of sweat. Totally ridiculous ...we had a reception to get so we asked to be moved in the morning and got room 609 which was what I know Comfort Inn to be...room was PERFECT! but the first day was a rip off and should be refunded.

Front desk overnight associate was more than friendly. I know as a guest I asked for way too many Replace my keys and some of the most inconvenient times i was more then satisfied with my stay. I want to give praise to the staff for their excellent customer service and friendly experience. Han and Lucky

The rooms were nice, the service was great, breakfast was above what a normal hotel experience is. Allowed us to keep our dog there and when we extended our stay, didn’t charge us the pet fee for the extra days we stayed! The only negative was that a mouse showed up in our first room but they moved us immediately into another room!
