Comfort Inn & Suites Newark Liberty International Airport

I had such an amazing experience with Omar and the housekeeping team at Comfort Inn & Suites. When my toilet unexpectedly malfunctioned, I was honestly stressed — but they turned the whole situation around so quickly and professionally. Omar was incredibly kind, attentive, and reassuring from the moment he arrived. The housekeeping team worked efficiently and thoroughly to clean and sanitize everything, leaving my room spotless and fresh. You would never have known there had been an issue at all! What really stood out was their positive attitude and genuine care. They didn’t just fix the problem — they made sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. That level of customer service truly makes a difference. Huge thank you to Omar and the entire housekeeping team for going above and beyond

Really nice, newer hotel close to EWR with reasonable rates. Why the negative review? They advertised a "park and fly" package that included parking. Everything was great until I returned from my trip and they tried to charge me $75+ for parking. The parking place explained that they are "separate from the hotel" (which makes no sense; they have the same owner) I had to walk over to the hotel where I was told "the parking is included but you have to pay for it separately." No joke. They actually said this to me. They ended up comping my parking and took down my information. Then, a few days later, I received an email saying "The parking is included but it is not complimentary." What on earth? They ended up charging my card a second time for the price of the hotel AND the parking they "co

The room is clean and a decent size. Convenient location for getting to the airport. Don't stay here if it is a holiday because there is no free breakfast. Today is Jan 1st and there is no food or coffee in the morning. If you park it costs $30 per day so watch out for that.

I stayed here because a friend of mine was from out of town and they stayed here, but I did not like it at all. I mean the bed was comfortable. The room was pretty clean, but the fact of how the parking worked really was upsetting because anyone who stays at the hotel should get a better discount I just don’t like paying an additional $30 to park my car somewhere where I kinda have no choice because on the street doesn’t look very safe so given the area it kinda makes you feel like you should park in the lot so I would never stay here again, nor would I Recommend this location

I didn't get what I paid for. It was supposed to be a one bedroom suite and it was a studio suite. The TV was near the couch/sofa bed and above the desk not near my bed which was ridiculous. There was no hair dryer and there should limitless toiletries provided not fixed (glued) to the wall. One extremely cold days, heat should be radiating throughout the building plus there should be more options for breakfast like bacon and soft scrambled eggs with cheese. Also, a regular business center with computers and ability to print/copy/scan/fax for guests. Aside from bed and shower this place could use some upgrades and feel more guest friendly!
