Comfort Inn & Suites Lexington - Hamburg I-75

Staff here is very friendly here, the hotel room was super clean, and the free breakfast was your basic breakfast for a Choice brand Hotel. The room was where things kinda fell apart. The walls are super thin and you can hear everything in the rooms next to you. The set up for the bathroom was odd. There is a wall touching the toilet and it was hard to go potty. The TV did not work very well which I blame more the company they use. The bed was super hard and uncomfortable and you better bring your own pillow cause the one is the room are super small and flat as a pancake. So between the sound of the highway, our neighbors and the terrible bed we got no sleep. Also the desk in the room sits in front of the air conditioner and effects the temperature in the room.

The location was convenient off of the expressway, but we could hear the expressway traffic. The woman who checked us in was "meh" not rude, but not very friendly either. The bathroom, sink and linens were all clean (very important), but the carpet had stains and the furniture was a bit beat up. The room was pretty small which was ok. The bed was very comfortable, which is important. We were trying to watch an important playoff game and the TV kept shutting off after 15 min of being on! Overall, it was a good basic hotel stay, for a one night stop on our way south

My stay here was great-the room was clean, the bed and pillows were super comfortable, and everything from the bathroom fixtures to the heating and air worked just the way it should. The staff were friendly and easy to talk to, and check-in felt smooth and welcoming. Breakfast was also a nice perk with plenty of fresh options to start the day. It ended up being a really pleasant, easy place to stay, and I appreciated how well the team kept everything running.

Trip started bumpy but Donna the GM was there for a quick save. Great location and easy accessibility to Lexington or the interstate. Beds and rooms are well equipped and very comfortable.

It took at least an hour to get checked in. I actually left and came back and still had to wait at 1:am. It wasn't until I called that someone (not sure they were on duty) checked me in. Surprise! $100 deposit not terribly uncommon I suppose. The room was a nice king bed room. The bed, pillows, and blankets were comfortable and clean. The room itself was bad because of is location. It lined up with the highway. Every time a semi went by they would hit their compression break. If you're a light sleeper you will not get a good night sleep. The breakfast was OK I've had better and seen worse. The coffee cups were small so I needed to take two cups to go. If you're used to a 'grande' you might need three. Check out was easy: drop tire keys in the box. They have free wifi but I didn't have tim
