Comfort Inn & Suites Irving Las Colinas DFW

Honestly, it was an okay stay. The breakfast was mid, the gym equipment was great, the rooms were modern but cheap modern. Bathroom door paint came off on the bottom and seemed to be molding the exposed part. The value for the length of stay though is unmatchable. $300 for 4 nights is not bad. Proximity to the rail and a 30 minute walk to to restaurants. The Benihana apparently will give you 10% off next door so there’s that. Didn’t go though because Benihana be too expensive

Excellent, attentive staff, clean, affordable rooms, quiet location. The free breakfast was not good, breads and bagels tasted stale, only apples for fruit, eggs were rubbery, waffle mix was off. The coffee was the only highlight and after the first day, I only had coffee for the next four mornings.

CAUTION CAUTION stay away from this hotel at COMFORT INN AND SUITES IN IRVING, TEXAS. The service is horrible and the manager is even worse.. Let me explain my experience with this hotel. I booked a standard king room which says on a lot of the 3rd party websites you can look it up for yourself what it says. So I booked through Booking.com. I asked them do they offer king suites room I was informed that they do not. So I booked what was offered to which again was a king standard room. I was told that I can’t extended my stay because it doesn’t say suites on the 3rd party website. I was currently in a king standard I was a paying customer like anybody else and I was ONLY going by what was online! The manager had the nerve to tell that she had to come in because of me no she came in bec

Very clean hotel with very good breakfast. Only issue is there is no TV Guide, either on screen or in printed form in the room. So, if you want to relax and watch some TV, you're just flipping thru the channels wondering what show you're watching.

First the positive. Breakfast staff was very helpful. Waffles were great. The not so good: The floor had not been swept or vacuumed between guests and we had no maid service during our stay. The smell! Apparently there was a "leak" the previous week they were still recovering. I have to assume it was a sewer leak by the smell. Short staffing led to the lack of maid service.
