Comfort Inn & Suites Frisco - Plano

I recently stayed at Comfort Inn & Suites Frisco – Plano, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The motel was very clean and well-maintained, which immediately gave a good first impression. The room and common areas felt tidy and comfortable throughout my stay. There was no hair dryer in the room, but since I didn’t need one, it wasn’t an issue for me. Also found hair on bed after entering room and thought it was a quite common. Parking was convenient and easily accessible, which made coming and going hassle-free. The hotel also offers complimentary breakfast. I didn’t have enough time in the morning to sit down and eat, but from what I saw, the breakfast setup looked good and well organized. Overall, it was a comfortable, clean, and convenient stay, especially for a short visit. I

I wanted to take a moment to provide feedback regarding our recent stay from February 27 to March 1. While the staff was kind and respectful, I felt it was important to address several significant issues concerning the room's condition. Firstly, the exterior of the facility had a broken roof, and the building's entrance was blocked off with caution tape.

Positive: I did not like they tried to charge 100.00 deposit. Most comfort Inns are 25.00 Negative: Most comfort Inn and suites have gone downhill. It was one of my favorite hotels when traveling. DIRTY! DIRTY! DIRTY! The elevator has issues where it shakes and wobbles when multiple people are on it. The chairs in the lobby DIRTY. The seating in the breakfast area DIRTY and worn. The beds and some of the pillows had bodily fluids and we checked out multiple rooms. It had blood on the wall and one of the pillows look like it had a bit of blood on it. The rooms stank so bad and one of them smelled like heavy cologne as if we just someone just got done using it and the beds had body fluids in that room also. Cleaning staff does NOT do their job! Would not recommend... unless you don't mind places with issues that are filthy and stinky.

However, once again the place fails. Fool me once, fool me twice, but never again. The place is so convenient for us. Restaurant within easy walking distance. This time, I left with breathing issues. I’ll include a picture of the air return, which has probably never been cleaned. Told the person on the 2nd there was a problem with the toilet. Anything happen? Nope. As a Choice member, it’s so unfortunate.
