A good choice. Front desk staff was very freindly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable but showing a bit of wear, ours had a broken toilet paper holder that deposited the roll on the floor every time you touched it, and a worn duvet cover, but the room was clean and well stocked. Breakfast was good waffle stand backed up and always ran out of batter 25 to 30 mins before closing, some but not all staff in the breakfast area a bit cranky. Overall I would come back

Despite its better than average reviews, this hotel was a disappointment. It feels poorly maintained, a sign of indifferent management.||Cleanliness in the room and throughout the property was an issue. On my arrival, the room carpet had not been vacuumed, there were hairs in the sink and the toilet seat had clearly not been cleaned. Tables in the breakfast room were not thoroughly cleaned and a dirty tissue on the floor of the reception area was there when I checked in and still there when I left several days later. There were several spots of trash in the parking lot that remained throughout my stay.||Room security, with key card access and a deadbolt lock, would be excellent if the third security feature had been properly installed. Great location with easy access for on / off major highways. Very convenient access to metro WDC area. Free parking. Free breakfast with waffles, muffins, toast, eggs, sausage, juice, coffee/ tea and cereals. Rooms are comfortable , clean, and spacious. Good shower. Very reasonable rate. The only downside: the elevators are SLOW, but manageable. ||All in all, a very good value

The furnishing was old and ragged, and outdated!There were stains on the chairs in our suite which we could not enjoy because it looked gross. Curtains would not close, lamp was missing parts carpet was very ragged to the point that it looked unsanitary. I will never stay there again. Decor in the lobby was obviously from dollar tree and looked cheap. Lobby chairs also had stains. Dinning room chairs were ragged and gross looking. I could not believe how ragged this hotel was. My husband said the phone was from ma Bell. This place was dump, staff were polite. CorporateManagement and owners need to do better! They clearly have neglected this hotel,

Everything about this place was all right except for the beds. Our room was on the 7th floor right behind the elevators. The beds in the room I believe were the hardest beds I've slept on in years at any stay at any hotel. I don't think I had ever stayed in a comfort inn that had this many floors. Lobby was nice and the employee was friendly. The elevator call button in the lobby was odd and at every floor. It was not a push button. It was if it was a tablet. I'm not a fan of all these screens because it makes it hard for the visually impaired because everything is smooth. There's no bumps. There's no raises.
