Comfort Inn Huntsville Research Park

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟10/10!! From the time you walk in the front door the hotel is exceptionally clean and staff are so friendly and helpful ! The room service was exceptional and the staff checked on us and kept us stocked without running out or having to ask for a thing ! Just couldn't get over how fresh , new and great everything smelled ! The beds were super comfortable and the hotel is not in a noisy area but close to all the great amenities! 6 coffee shops and bakeries within a mile but they provide a good hot breakfast! We stayed three nights and we will definitely stay here again in the future . Absolutely no complaints here !

Our stay was comfortable and clean. We stayed in an accessible room as I have limited mobility. There were no grab bars in the shower. This seems unacceptable in an accessible room. We stay in Comfort Inns often and are usually very pleased. This was probably the worst breakfast we’ve ever had at a Comfort- cold rubbery eggs, watered down orange juice, undercooked sausage, and very little selection of items.

The rooms were spacious but the air in the room would not stay cool. Also the pillows were really flat that we had to put 3 together to make one. That still didn’t work. Other than that the room was ok. The property was only 4 mins from where we needed to be which was great.

Once we got there the front desk clerk he was very nice he put all 3 rooms close together. I really enjoyed my stay so did my mother it was her birthday weekend. We only had one problem the room next to me were smoking the hotel is a non-smoking place. Thanks to the manager he handled it right then and there.

I had a pleasant stay at Comfort Inn Motel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The check-in process was quick and easy. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend it to others.
