Comfort Inn Evansville East

This is probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We travel alot. My husband is a platinum member. We changed rooms because the first one was so gross and dirty. The second is no better. The toilet has hair and brown stuff dripping down it. There is brown spatters on the bathroom wall. Dirty mirror, garbage under the bed, smears everywhere. We are looking to find something else but everywhere is booked up. This is not okay and If NEVER stay here or recommend this place. Unacceptable Update. Got back to our room late. The pull out bed for my son was broken and he was hurt trying to pull it out. Went to talk to receptionist gave us a 2 bed room instead. This place is so disgusting that I took videos of everything and had to go find Lysol wipes in my car just to use the toilet. I’m not a

Our stay was just ok. Room could have been cleaner. Stains on ceiling above bed. Sheets had a couple spots. Wall behind kitchen sink dirty. Light in kitchen area flickered. Mirror on closet door broken. Ice in freezer probably had been there a while. Chairs were dirty and buttons had been stapled. Saw 1 bug. On the plus side bed and pillows were comfortable. Price for the room was fair and adequate.

Room quality , disability accommodations and very unprofessional staff. Upon check in I confirmed with the lady at the front desk that I have my mother with me who is terminally ill and uses a walker and needed a room on the bottom level. She provided me with a bottom level room. I parked near a side door to make it easier to let my mom in due to her disability and wallet and then the card did not work , had to go back around to front desk. a couple hours later we realized the toliet would not flush

My room had mold spots all over the ceiling and smelled like a cross between mildew and stale smoke. The whole hotel smelled a bit like urine. The floors were visibly filthy throughout the building. The elevator had what appeared to be vomit mixed with mud. It was so disgusting that I chose to use the stairs. There was also a loud party going on in one of the rooms on a week night. It went well into the wee hours of the morning. I will NEVER stay here again and do not recommend it at all. I wanted to complain and take photos after this experience and my sister begged me not to since we weren't staying long. Then we got hit with a $150 fine for "smoking" in the room when that never happened.

Positive: Checking out Negative: Did not like the quality of the room.Room smelled musty and moldy. 6 inch cut in couch cushion. Bathroom was cleanish but had no shampoo and conditioner was almost empty.
