Columbia River RV Park

Park is clean but due to location next to airport it’s quite loud. Jet fighters, airlines and trains. WiFi did not work during our entire stay so working or streaming was very difficult. Bring ear plugs and your own WiFi solution.

We stayed here for three nights in September. When we made the reservation, we asked in the wifi was good because we both had work to do. When we arrived, there was no wifi. Someone in the office tried to help us but after she verified that both of our newer Mac computers and two year-old iphones could not pick up a signal, she said we should try again later. We finally found that by sitting in the literal street and holding the computer over our heads, we could get our work to load, then bring it down and work for a bit, then hold it above our head to send. We complained again the next day. Staff was indifferent and basically shrugged it off. Finally they said we could change spots. We went to two different spots with our phones and computers and still no connection. When we checked out t

Pulled in for one night. Very easy off I-5. Full hook ups and other amenities we did not chrck out. Left the next morning to head East up gorge on I-84 and once again very easy to Navigate. If traveling and need a sweet one night atay I wouls do every time.

We arrived around 11 PM and were initially unsure about where to check in, but fortunately we were able to complete everything online. The place is safe, reasonably priced, and the washrooms were clean. The only thing to note is that you may need to walk about 100–150 feet to reach the facilities.

We do a conference at thw Convention Center but stay here away from downtown Portland. It's fairly quiet except for the occasional airplane overhead and maybe someone's dog. Not terribly fancy immedities but are fine during our stay. We've come back now 3 times
