Never again. Next time we'll pay the extra $50 or $60 to stay at the motel 6. In the 7 years of driving cross country from Los Angeles to Quebec, Canada driving a different way each time and seeing every corner of this country and taking 5 or 6 weeks round trip, this hotel was the worst. The carpet gave the room a moldy smell and it was dirty and you could feel it when you walked on it. There were bugs in the bathroom and in the night stand. The toilet wasn't level and very close to the ground and the floor under it was soft. You felt you might fall thru if you were too heavy. The rate was $80. Motel 6 was $130. This is a very expensive area. If we had not been so tired, we started from Quebec City, and this area had not been so expensive, we would have gone elsewhere. You have

Sketchy. Blast from the past - could be used for a set for a creepy movie / TV show. Positives: Cheap; Clean sheets and towels; No creepy crawlies found in bedroom; Hot water. Negatives: Dingy - Cracks, mold, dirt, grime, drain hair, cobwebs; Worn out and Old - everything... PGA booked out Rochester to Batavia. So we ended up here as a last resort after 3 hours of searching late night and because our car doesn't have a shower! LOL.

I booked this online via Priceline. When I got there, the room had an overall brown hue of tobacco stains and smelled of stale cigarettes. The carpet was stained and the room was in bad need of cleansing. They said there was wifi, but I could not connect.||I would not stay there. We told the front desk and they said they still had to charge us the one day (we left the bags while we attended an event). I did not care... It was way overpriced , but worth losing the money rather than spending a night here. This is not a comfortable, clean motel as they advertise. We drove home that same day rather than stay here.

The property is recently been purchased by new ownership, they are open 24/7 and the rooms are much cleaner and owners have started to replace old dated furniture with new and stuff is very friendly. a great low cost place to stay when coming to batavia.
