Coco Beach Hotel On The Beach

Unique place. Clean, decent beds helpful staff. Small size and great bar tender make it a laid back mini-Buffet vibe. You’ll get to know “Mr Ed” behind the bar, he will take good care of you. Respectable bar fare as well. Could expand their menu but it’s a compact operation. Fun few days

I had such a wonderful stay at Coco Beach Hotel! The staff was truly amazing — friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location couldn’t be better; being able to walk straight out to the beach every morning was absolutely incredible. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway by the ocean.

One of the best locations on all of South Padre. The door of my room was literally only steps away from the beach with parking just as close. This made coming and going very easy with no elevators or long walks to the parking area. On the down side, there were people out on the shared front deck until midnight several nights in a row. They were not excessively noisy but they did have music playing the entire time. Could have done without that but it was not enough to keep me from enjoying my stay. If peace and solitude is what you need, probably should consider staying somewhere else. Otherwise, this is an ideal location at a very reasonable price. Did not visit the bar and there was no food service available at the time of my stay.

We did not stay at this hotel but visited the bar recently. We had forgotten how fun it is. Great location and beach view. To top it off, our bar server, Alex, was the best! She is so friendly and our drinks were amazing! We will definitely be back!

We loved the remodeled 2 bedroom unit we stayed in. I had a kitchenette that we didn’t get to use this time since it was a one night stay. However, in the future on a longer visit I would totally recommend this unit. Beach access right behind hotel. Staff is very nice.
