Club Wyndham Austin

Nice clean facility. Condo had great kitchen pans and utensils. It was easy to prepare a meal. Liked the balcony overlooking city. It was noisy from guests above and street noise. Location close to restaurants and bars. Resort at bottom of large hill. Parking was $35 per night and can't accommodate tall or oversized vehicles. Do not like being asked to go to either a sales presentation or owner update - just let us check-in without trying to pressure us.

The property at RCI Wyndham Austin was clean, well maintained, and very pleasant overall. The reception staff at check-in were especially kind and welcoming, which made for a great first impression.||||However, my experience with the timeshare sales representative was disappointing. When I politely explained that I was not interested in purchasing an additional timeshare ownership, he responded by saying, “You are not qualified anyway.” This comment felt unnecessary and unprofessional, particularly since it was directed at a guest he did not know.||||While I understand that sales roles can be challenging and that he may have been disappointed not to have an opportunity to present, I believe guests should always be treated with courtesy and respect regardless of their level of interest.||||

We have a 2 bedroom deluxe , it has everything we need. On 16th floor, has a patio and great city view. Heated pool on 10th floor, with a so called backyard where we play corn hole game and at rear of lobby, it has game room , Pac-Man it is a nice game to play. A Shuffleboard game is also nice to play.

This resort was wonderful. We were there for 5 nights in a 2 bedroom deluxe unit. The view of the Austin skyline was wonderful. The condo was very industrial in styling. My son was excited to find a regulation sized foos ball table. The unit had everything we needed and the location was ideal.

Great hotel with good views. However, Wyndham needs put a question while booking online or something and ask people directly if they are interested in the timeshare offerings upfront, so the time at the hotel check-in isn’t waisted to hear about it. While I implied of being interested in the presentation offerings to Genesis, I also mentioned to her that I needed to go after ~10 minutes of talking, and she said we are almost done not understanding that I needed to leave. The whole check-in-presentation-offerings process took about 25 minutes. 10min for check-in, and maybe 15min for timeshare offerings. I almost was late where I needed to be.
