Clarion Pointe Winston - Salem Downtown

Everyone is extremely friendly, especially Brittany and Alex. Both amazing and accommodating. There is another girl that i do not know her name that’s also just as amazing. The only one I can complain about is the newer female who is not friendly or doesn’t seem to have customer service. She is always on her phone and act like you’re a bother to her when asked any questions. Especially when it comes to the lobby being stocked. Doesn’t greet or smile. The property is very clean. The rooms are very clean and updated. Beds are comfy. Housekeeping is friendly and sweet, they just don’t check to see if you need anything every few days if you stay longer, you have to ask them. Even the man that comes around each morning to collect trash is amazing and friendly. Nothing bad to say about this plac

Where do I begin.... So let me start by saying you cant exterminate and "renovate" these rooms until you guys pull up the carpet bc I checked out in the middle of the night bc I was getting stung/ BIT all night long and tried to ignore it but no longer could relax as bites were up and down my back.. The room was disgusting... The Shower was black... i call front desk...the front desk gave me cleaner to clean the shower...and then had the audacity to worry me for the cleaner back! How petty i said im sorry I used it all and shower was still filthy black... Shame on her! I just let it go.... but as the night progressed so did the bug bites, bed bites,dog mites who the hell knows what bites.All i know is is couldn't relax AT all!!!! Checked out at 5am and got a full refund thru priceline..

Positive: They have a little topping bar for you to put on your oatmeal or yogurt that contains cookie crumbs, granola, chocolate chips etc. Negative: The property and the room were quite trashy. The one drawer that did open in the room had trash in it. There was a safe with a dead battery that beeped all night. There was obvious drug activity taking place.

I would like to say upon trying to check in for the night to stay . Clearly that didn’t happen I had to give the key back out the 1 room was nasty bathroom dirty and tub nasty then I had let Elizabeth know I ask to see about other room then that room was nasty sheets had stains and blood stain .I felt sickI haven’t taken pictures I couldn’ t that was it.I as Elizabeth front desk so rude when asking for my refund. I had to go through third party . No I would like my full refund and tell the She trying to lie about the rooms that where nasty I call to ask her why you let to third party about it for you want give my refund back like your manager . But I will be speaking to someone manager or ower to seen my full refund back. Then Elizabeth threatened me talking about putting me on no rent

None of the lamps worked in the room. The door had a huge Crack in it and you could see lights through it. The sink took forever to drain when you had to use it. The bed was tilted, the foot of it was lower than the head. The comforter on the bed had 2 burn holes in it . And we couldn't get any sleep because other guests were arguing with people, talking loudly, playing music until wee hours of the morning. There was a guest with a dog and the dog was barking. Then the next morning when I went to turn in my room keys, the person at the desk would not let me in to grab a little something for breakfast because I was 7 minutes or so early. Just not a very enjoyable experience, especially for 80.00 a night.
