This hotel will be great, once all the remoThis hotel will be great, once all the remodeling is done. I will say that they have an amazing staff. Very friendly and full of recommendations for things to do in the area. They were very accommodating and prioritized their guests first. My bed was a little uncomfortable which isn't their fault at all. I'd be interested to see what this place becomes in a year or so from now. I did enjoy the gym though. It wasn't much in there but enough to get the job done.

Great hotel, friendly staff, great 24/7 coffee, the restaurant was okay it was a bit pricey. I did have issues with the air conditioning at the end of my stay. I started having breathing issues waking up and late at night which made it hard to sleep. I stayed in the room for over a week and I did not feel like moving to another room after settling with my belongings. Unfortunately, I found 2 linen sheets that you would put in the dryer, in the air conditioning. I removed them and did not think much of it until the A/C started to have a foul smell. I went to the hospital last night and was diagnosed with Bronchitis. Though I am not blaming the hotel for the incident, I strongly believe that the A/C needs to be checked or the filter needs to be changed. I enjoy staying at this hotel and app

The overwhelming smell of fabuloso just kills me. This place is damp and dark. Couldn’t find the shuttle leaving the airport after my flight was cancelled. Paid way too much for a taxi. The room was available and “clean” so I guess I can’t complain. I wouldn’t spend $110 on this otherwise

My daughter (20) was there 12/30 - 1/1. The room (214) did NOT have any hot water and no water pressure - they told the front desk and were advised no other rooms available. They said something to front desk next morning when they left - they were told it would be fixed. it was not. Then the toilet wouldn't flush!!!! They asked for some money back when checking out and were told "room is already paid - that's unfortunate" I've spent HOURS on the phone with the hotel manager and Choice hotels and they only offered 50% back for one night! I will never stay at another Choice hotel property again. What a POS and the customer service is the worst I've ever experienced in my over 250+ hotel stays. Pathetic. Stay anywhere else!!!!

The cafe was ok. I am glad it was available. Not many gluten free options though but we all figured it out. The shuttle service with the airport did a great job. The heat pump in our room needs to be tuned up due apparently running cold 40% of the time rather than the nearly 100% hear that we would hope for. I assume it's was trying to deice the outside coils despite the outdoor temperature not being very cold.
