Claddagh Motel & Suites

We took an overnight trip on our weekend from about an hour or two north… booked this property on a whim after seeing pix online and reading solid reviews. We like older school lodging and locations as opposed to the overpriced generic chains. ||The office is in the main building, just off| US1. You can’t miss it with Irish flag, and the colors. Breakfast was available in this location as well. ||The couple working were welcoming and genuinely excited we were there. Filled us in on the area more than we already knew, which got us off on the right foot! ||The rooms are truly old school in two separate buildings below and behind the main. They have been updated and though small were immaculate and well| appointed. ||Nothing was lacking during our stay! Thanks!

Lovely place, everything is clean and well maintained! But the service is the best! We had a flat tire while coming here, and I called the office telling that I would be late, they were very kind and comprehensive, and I was able to check in a little bit later. A small thing, but a great favor for a tired traveler. Thank you.

If you’re in the rockport area very good place to stay. Rooms are very clean. The rooms look nice. The guy who checked us in was very pleasant. We stayed in a 2 queen room but they were seperate. Each room has a tv and ac unit. I would definitely stay here again when I’m in the area.

I stayed here with my friend and my 13 year old son. The space was much larger than expected. I didn't realize it at the time of booking, but the space we reserved was an entire two bedroom apartment. It had a full kitchen and bathroom as well as a TV room overlooking the pool. Plenty of sleeping options - the second bedroom has two double beds and there is a futon in the TV room. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook inside or outside at the grilling area. They have a grill and several tables with umbrellas. Thr apartment had a large dining room table in the tv room as well. The staff were super friendly upon check in, check out, and at breakfast for the weekend we stayed. They gave us a map with directions to the path that goes down into
