City Inn

Terrible place, carpets in rooms are easy 10 yes old doors have gaps around them and u can see through, This is the only pslace I know that you have to be out 10 am whit a security guard who think they are the police banging on your if you woke up a little late then standing in your room watching you get your things together, that is disrespectful, if I check in at 3pm the afternoon and have to be out at 10am which is 19 hours and im paying for a DAY ,so im losing 5hrs ??? Is that right? Most hotels only need 2- 3 hours to get it ready and these rooms don't have much to do, and they very disrespectful to people who stay here who have financial issues and need a place to stay

Bed have dirty stained sheets and blankets on them, the curtains have turned brown from cigarette smoke, the hotel that i booked the room in is not the one they gave me a room key for, i had to go to another hotel across the street...i guess they own that one to. Any how, i ordered grocery, but when it was dropped off, it was dropped at the room across the street from me..so i tried calling the front desk 👀...nobody ever ever ever answers the phone...Do not ever get a room at the City Inn on Nations ford rd, unless you have absolutely, positively, no other options at all....

I have been staying here for about 17 weeks it’s not the best but, I have been dealing with it until I get back on my feet. I am not a crack addict nor am I a criminal. I work hard to provide for me and my family. We were told on Saturday 02/08 that we would have to change rooms because they were no longer doing weekly stays across the street but there wasn’t any rooms available at the moment. My wife checked with them on Monday 02/10 before going into work to see if anything became available and they had one room available. She proceeded to go to work and we were going to move some of our things once we got off due to us working 10/12 hours a day and only being off on the weekends while caring for our toddler. This “hotel” is utterly disgusting both in cleanliness and in management. Attempted to pay my bill and was told they can’t take partial payments and that I would need to talk to the manager. Attempted to contact the manager and was refused support and was flagged for allegedly being “disrespectful” when all that was done was attempting to calmly explain my situation. There were roaches all throughout the room, there was no hot water, and the TV and several lights were inoperable. This place should be shut down and that “manager” and his employees should be fired. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Do not recommended my card got charge twice from them idk if I just haven’t got my refund yet or not but dude to me he would refund me give me a receipt for but it put my prepaid card in the negative and I still haven’t 145 that I’m owed don’t know if the card company from octapharma glitch it or what but something needs to be done
