i was a little bit surprised by the amount of people walking around completely naked outside in the open during the middle of the day. sometimes flashing, somtimes fully nude sunbating and in general people just walking around outside in the open completely naked in the middle of the day, and everybody is completely naked after it gets dark, especially in the summer on these hot humid south ga. nights.there also alot of sex outside out in the open out here to, nobody seems to mind tho, so if you dont mind seeing people walking around naked all the time, the place aint too bad. you do have to watch your stuff tho or it will get stolen. keep your vehicle locked up at night and dont leave your firearms in your vehicle. but its an ok place, you just have keep your eyes open and watch yourself.

Very bad place to live or visit. Very run down. Huge holes in the entrance all the way down. People are loud. Just stay away is all I can say

Trashy and falling apart owners care nothing about the state of the trailers or landscape road is literally washing away and you will tear your car up.

This place is rough!! Police out there everytime I've ever been out there. It's crazyyy!!!
