I had a reservation at this location last night through Thursday. I made the reservation on your website. When my partner and I arrived last night, we found what you see in the attached photos. Considering my partner Jen had to be in surgery at 4:00 am est today, we opted to book at a different IHG property as I am gold elite and I never had an issue with you guys. I tried while driving to get a cancellation/refund and was told nothing you can do I’d have to speak to the desk person who I did speak to and she was incredibly rude. With no help from you guys, we checked in the new location and got to sleep for our 3:00 am wake up. After my friend’s surgery was complete and successful, I drove to this location to cancel and get a refund. I was told they would cancel today through Thursday bu

I'm still itchy and I was barely in the room for a few minutes. Sheesh! Might want to change the walls. The pool was closed - blocked off by a rotting wooden door with an extension cord coming out of the holes where a door knob should have been. There was a cool breeze flowing out from the holes in the door. It smelled like the upside down.

Positive: Staff was great, very clean! Negative: I was not made aware that parking was an additional $10 per day.

This hotel was the worst I've ever stayed in. The only good thing we met there was a woman whose name I can't remember, but she was from New York, and she honestly deserves to be the manager because she does a million things on her own. Aside from that woman, the hotel leaves much to be desired. There was a woman named Amber who refused to give me any more bath towels because she'd already given me enough and thought I'd probably steal them. I've been booking my trips on Expedia for years, and I'm not going to get burned over a few towels! She was incredibly rude. The breakfast was disgusting, and on top of that, I had to pay for parking at a hotel that isn't downtown and has its own parking lot. Please, don't go to this hotel; look for something better.

This was a horror show. The smell was bad enough- but shredded curtains with blood stains. We left after 20 minutes. Just checked out and found another place.
