The hotel is decent overall and the rooms are manageable, though they could definitely use some updates. However, charging $61 for parking for just one night is unacceptable. There’s no clear rate information provided and you don’t even receive a receipt for the parking. When we asked about it, the hotel wouldn’t discuss the pricing and the valet manager simply said, “it is what it is.” I’ve stayed here several times before and valet used to be much more affordable, so this increase was surprising. On top of that, the Wi-Fi didn’t work during the stay. For the price, there are much nicer hotels available for less.

Positive: Convenient to attractions but not the pleasant, warm cookie, smiling agent stay that I am accustomed to from Marriott. Negative: $61 for valet no selfpark option. Weird sagey smell. $9.95 a day WiFi, even though reservation stated Free. Online room service menu was nonfunctional. Unable to check out via the room TV. Agent was condescending and dismissive.

This was a staycation trip for my birthday. Overall, the valet service was TOP TEIR, the room service staff was pleasant, the room was very clean, cleaning staff was very nice and accommodating, and the shower had great water pressure! The reason I gave the resort a 2 star overall was the check in and check out process. I observed as guests (who were of a different race from me) were provided more information and staff were more attentive to. For example, the guests were taken to the elevator and shown how to use it. Everything was explained in great detail to them. When it was my turn to check in, I was handed my room key and told what I would charged each night. I was not escorted anywhere. To be fair, once staff realized I was a member their tone changed. I attended a business conference here today. I can not speak to the rooms as I did not stay overnight. The valet service was impressive. I was immediately acknowledged in the line despite a very large crowd arriving and a lot of activity. They really had an efficient process in place for getting to everyone. At the end of the day, payment and receiving my car was quick and easy! I interacted with Jesse, Ryan and Andrew from drop off to pickup and they were each polite and hustled to make sure everyone was receiving timely service.

I was able to get right in upon arrival despite the large number of conference attendees. Payment and having my car returned at the end of the day was fast and seamless. Jesse, Ryan and Andrew with the valet team were very polite and extremely efficient. Great location for a conference!
